The project began with a thorough building enclosure evaluation, which included roof core cuts, condition assessment, and documentation of system performance issues. The team developed a pre-design survey report with photographic documentation, test data, and recommendations aligned with WCSC’s budgetary and operational goals.
Design and bid-phase services included technical specifications, construction documents, and roof replacement details conforming to current code and performance standards. Technical Assurance led design review and coordinated the bidding process with the district, including pre-bid meetings, contractor interviews, and recommendation for award.
During construction, Technical Assurance provided ongoing project administration, submittal reviews, and part-time quality observation to ensure compliance with the design intent. Observations included field testing of material application and coordination of third-party testing as needed. A final punch list was completed, and all closeout documentation was compiled for the district.
