This prestigious award recognizes suppliers who have partnered with Honeywell FM&T to help achieve their mission of assisting the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration’s (NNSA) delivery of safe, reliable and cost efficient projects and services for national security programs. Technical Assurance was chosen for this award based on delivery performance, quality performance, technical support, order administration, cost control and responsiveness.

In 2014, Technical Assurance was contracted by Honeywell FM&T to provide the implementation of a comprehensive Roof Asset Management Program for the U.S. Department of Energy, NNSA at nine (9) different locations at eight (8) sites throughout the United States. Throughout 2015, Technical Assurance assessed 23 million total roof square feet, and managed numerous projects through the program. Additionally, the roof program is managed through Technical Assurance’s Enterprise Building System Management platform, ON-PNT®. The ON-PNT® Enterprise Solution is a GIS (Geographic Information System) enabled database and web portal technology solution for Building System Management, Design Services and Bid Management, Construction Management and Sustainable Maintenance Management.
