Tara Vanta Joins Technical Assurance, Inc. Leadership Group as Director of Client Technology Solutions

Technical Assurance, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Tara Vanta to Director of Client Technology Solutions. Tara will also become a member of the Company’s Leadership Group.

An alum of Cleveland State University, Tara graduated as Valedictorian with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies, concentrating in Environmental Policy and Geographic Information Systems. Tara has been an integral part of the Technical Assurance team since 2014.

Throughout her tenure, Tara has consistently assumed leadership roles and demonstrated technical acumen, always with a focus on simplifying complex challenges. In her most recent program management role, Tara spearheaded the execution of multimillion-dollar asset management initiatives, overseeing more than 8,000 condition assessments annually at building locations nationwide. Tara managed all aspects of program execution, including routing, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, field operations, assessment data transmission, quality assurance and control measures, program compliance, deliverables, and ultimately guiding clients through the complex process of triaging capital and repair needs.

With a background in technology services, Tara also has versatile expertise in IT project management, data governance, database administration and geospatial technologies. The diverse trajectory of her career uniquely positions Tara to lead the development of innovative technology solutions for Technical Assurance’s nationwide projects and programs.
