Building Lifelong Relationships Through Personal Service

Technical Assurance, Inc. is a Cleveland-based nationally recognized building enclosure consulting firm founded in 1993. With 3 regional offices in Indiana, North Carolina and New Mexico, we manage building envelope investigation, design, construction and sustainable management programs across the United States. We have successfully delivered program solutions across 46 different states.

Technical Assurance is passionate about sustainability in the purest sense – making things last longer. We believe that the complexities that face facility asset management can be simplified through programmatic management and progressive technologies that extend the life of building system assets and lower the total cost of ownership.

Our team has extensive critical facility industry experience.  Our staff of consultants, field technicians, project managers and office support give us in-house capabilities to produce design drawings and project specs with complete cost estimating and budget preparation. We continue to serve our clients with bidding services and construction administration during the entire course of the task, project or program.

Our services are sought primarily by those clients who value their building assets as “critical” in running their daily operations.
