Who We Are

Technical Assurance is a unique firm based in the Midwest serving clients throughout the United States. We are located in suburban Cleveland, Ohio, about 30 minutes from Hopkins International Airport.

We are made up of a staff of dedicated building envelope consultants and parking garage consultants including licensed engineers, experts holding numerous professional certifications, as well as a cadre of field service personnel who provide study, data gathering as well as construction observation and direction services.

No other firm provides the scope or range of services or utilizes the proprietary methods employed by Technical Assurance. We provide building and facility analysis services ranging from forensic engineering services to the development of multi-year comprehensive capital maintenance and replacement programs.

We are experts in problem identification and solving. We also serve as expert witnesses around issues of waterproofing, concrete and masonry maintenance and deterioration, and roofing and structural building system failures.
